Construction Observation begins after the construction documentation is complete and the chosen contractor has started work on site. As an Architectural Designer my role then shifts from desiging and documentatin to monitoring the construction process - ensuring that the building is being constructued in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.

The main goal at this stage is quality assurance to verify that:

• The project is being built as designed

• Materials and workmanship meet the required standards

• Any changes are properly documentated and approved

• Our clients interested ar protected throughout construction

Studio 1284 does not supervise or control the contractor but observes and reviews the compliance within the construction documentation.
